Intermediate 

To enter this level you will need to have completed a Beginner level class either at Pride or another pole studio.

Intermediate 1

Now that you’ve nailed the basics, it’s time to elevate your skills and dive into the next level of pole dancing excitement! In this class, you'll build on the strength and confidence you developed earlier while mastering more advanced moves like intro to inverts and headstands, and a whole lot more. Get ready to challenge yourself, explore new techniques, and expand your pole repertoire with a fun and supportive group. It’s time to take your pole dancing journey to dazzling new heights!

Intermediate 2

At this level, you’re in for an exciting ride as you dive into more pole techniques! You’ll master various inverts, explore leg hang variations, perfect handstands, and nail a range of spins. Plus, we’ll focus on the art of transitioning seamlessly from one trick to the next, so you can flow effortlessly through your routines. Get ready to take your pole skills to new heights and shine with confidence!

Intermediate 3

Get ready to flip your world upside down! At this level, you’ll dive into exhilarating pole tricks that’ll make your jaw drop—think wild upside-down spins, baby butterflies, and jaw-dropping shoulder mount variations! This is your chance to build on everything you learned in Intermediate 2 and polish your technique to perfection. To really soar at this level, we suggest taking two classes a week. Can’t wait to see you shine!

Advanced

To enter this level you will need to have completed a high Intermediate level class either at Pride or an equivalent level at another pole studio.

Advanced 1

Get ready to level up your pole game! This stage is where the fun intensifies, with tougher tricks and longer combos that’ll really challenge your strength and stamina. You’ll tackle jaw-dropping moves like jade splits, extended butterflies, and dragonails plus many more depending on your level, but be sure you’ll be safely pushing your limits and building incredible power. Embrace the thrill—you're about to become a pole powerhouse!

Advanced 2

Get ready for an exhilarating challenge! This level is crafted to push your limits with dynamic combinations and intricate transitions that will leave you breathless. It’s all about showcasing your strength and skill, as you navigate through advanced moves that require precision and finesse.

Advanced 3

This course is perfect for experienced and confident pole dancers who are ready to elevate their game. You’ll dive into exciting combos that demand not just physical strength, but also creativity and artistry. It’s time to embrace the thrill of mastering complex sequences and turning your body into a powerful expression of movement.

The place to find yourself and personal styles. These classes vary from being slow and sensual to hard and fun!

This is an open level class where you'll learn to transition seamlessly around the base of the pole, embracing your favorite assets and working those angles like a pro. This class is all about building your flow, strength and flexibility while mastering those sultry movements that make your dance truly captivating. Heels are optional.

Unleash your fierce side with Exotica! This high intensity pole choreography class that fuses fluid movements with a touch of hard style and attitude. In this class, you’ll start to master floorwork technique and floor based spins, climbs, and transitions that will have you feeling like a total powerhouse. It’s all about finding and owning your individual style and flow, letting your confidence explode with a designated freestyle time to feel yourself.  Exotica is not just a workout; it’s a bold celebration of you! Heels are optional but kneepads are necessary.

Fierce and fiery, this is Exotica Intermediate! Get ready to turn up the heat in our high-intensity pole choreography class. This exciting session fuses hard-hitting style with powerful floor work techniques, bringing an edge to your moves. It’s all about discovering and owning your unique style during the freestyle segment as you express yourself fully, letting your creativity flow. With a perfect blend of attitude and technique, you’ll not only build strength and confidence but also have a blast dancing to the beat as you embrace your Exotica self. Heels are optional but highly encouraged and knee pads are necessary.

Unwind and discover your inner power with our Slow & Sensual Pole Dance class. This session is designed to embrace fluidity, grace, and self-expression through slow, slinky movements that focus on body control, balance, and sensuality. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class will guide you through a series of deliberate, flowing transitions, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and the music. Set to a backdrop of sultry tunes, you’ll learn how to move with intention, accentuating each curve and line with slow, controlled spins, slides, and floor work. This is a space to build confidence, release inhibitions, and explore the artistry of pole dance in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Perfect for those looking to develop strength, flexibility, and sensual expression. All levels are welcome. Heels are optional but encouraged.

Get ready to rock out with our Metal Madness Pole Routine class! This electrifying session combines pole, chair, strip, doubles, and lap dance, all set to the heart-pounding beats of metal music. In this class, pole combos and dance are adjusted to your pole level, strengths and is inclusive of any dance background. Mixed together with what you love most about pole dancing and while working with an instructor, each term you’ll create a killer routine tailored just for you, ready for showcasing your skills and passion at the next performance! So whether you’re a seasoned performer or just starting your journey, this class promises to be an exhilarating blend of power, artistry, and self-expression. Abs & Assests

Sculpt and strengthen your core in our Abs & Assets class! This dynamic workout focuses on building strength and endurance in your abdominal and glute muscles through a series of targeted exercises. You’ll engage in a mix of resistance training and conditioning drills designed to tone, tighten, and lift which will be beneficial for nailing that nemesis pole move. Each session is crafted to challenge you at every level, whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your pole combos.
