In this class, you’ll start to master floorwork and pole heels technique and floor based spins, climbs, and transitions that will have you feeling like a total powerhouse. It’s all about finding and owning your individual style and flow, letting your confidence explode with a designated freestyle time to feel yourself.  Exotique is not just a workout; it’s a bold celebration of you! Heels are optional but kneepads are necessary.

Steel Sirens

Beginners

Step into a pole class where the music is metal, punk and rock. Steel Sirens blends the strength, flow, and artistry of pole dance with the moody, edgy, and atmospheric sounds of alternative music. Think indie rock, dark pop, metal, grunge-inspired tracks, and everything in between.

This class focuses on creative expression, musicality, and unique movement quality. You’ll learn combos, tricks, and flow that match the emotional energy of each track—whether that’s smooth and haunting, bold and gritty, or beautifully raw.

Velvet Motion

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class will guide you through a series of deliberate, flowing transitions, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and the music. Set to a backdrop of sultry tunes, you’ll learn how to move with intention, accentuating each curve and line with slow, controlled spins, slides, and floor work. This is a space to build confidence, release inhibitions, and explore the artistry of pole dance in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Perfect for those looking to develop strength, flexibility, and sensual expression. All levels are welcome. Heels are optional but encouraged.

Soulful Spins

This lyrical/contemporary style dance class is good for the soul. You'll learn how to melt into the music and express emotion through movement. This is a bare foot and beginner friendly choreography class however it is recommended having some prior knowledge of beginner pole moves as there will be movements on and up the pole to help you get moving elegantly. So whether you need to dance it out after a hard day or just want to feel more comfortable flowing in your body, Soulful Spins is the class for you.
